What I did today...

I made some cheese and after that it was time for my beauty experiments....

Creepy......!!!!!

I try a rosemary rose oil,  lip balm ( you can use it as a hand cream, too)

What you need :

in olive oil

You need to soke the rose petals in oil for a few days

It can be a mess when you need to take it out !!!

And now: press the oil out of the roses!!!

Put the oil in a pan and heat it up

Now it's time to kick the rosemary in.

A few leaves are just right.

Stir, stir stir...

That's for the oil!

Now if you want lip balm or hand cream you add just a bit of beeswax

You do not need to use a lot. I have a block like that and I used just one corner.

What beauty products are you making?

  5. For Gypsy Glamorous: Yes I make cheese, nothing special. You boil milk and after it's boiled you put a cup of vinegar in it. Now you have the curds. You fish them out and put them in a muslin cloth and let the water drain out. I let it a few hours or over night. You can add salt or leave itlike that. I put salt. With 1l milk you get a handfull of cheese. After it's done i wrap it tight in gladfoil so it stays in shape. Let me know how it worked out if you try.
By the way how do you make hand and foot scrub?

  9. Hello. I hope this finds you doing well. I've been on a blogging hiatus since the beginning of the year, so it's been quite some time since I've been around to visit some blogs. I'm back from my break now. I wanted to make sure to visit your blog. I enjoyed checking out the latest posts on your blog. Great job. I'm back blogging now myself. I hope you'll take a look at what I'm doing. Thanks. Take care. Have a great week.
