NO BREAD ..... 2 weeks.........!!!!!!

You know how it is.... you put weight coz it's X-mas, you go to your grandma and you need to eat and eat and eat, coz to her you are way toooooooooo skinny ;)
Yeah, right!!!!
And, now I have it! I sit here overweight at lest 6 kg! I need to loose it and so I'm on a detox - The Two-Week Fat Flush. ( Let's hope it's working!!!)

I'm 165cm SHORT! Do not ask about the kg coz I have no clue at the moment. ( Sorry guys no scale, so far.)
Bust: 92cm  No comment!
Waist: 78cm Have a small Budha belly -needs to go  for good!!!!
Hip: 104cm Just a big butt!!!


Now let's see if it's working! After the 2 weeks I will measure again!

Week 1
Day 1

Morning: Long Life Cocktail ( in 8 ounces of the cranberry water, add either 1 full teaspoon of powdered psyllium husks or 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds. )

Before Breakfast : 8 ounces of hot water with lemon juice

Breakfast:  1 cup banana smoothie
Midmorning snack: 1 nectarine

20 min before lunch: 8 ounce of cranberry water ( 1 glass)

Lunch: a handfull of salad. no salt, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
           half palm size grilled lamb
           1 glass cranberry water
Midafternoon: 2 glasses of cranberry water

4 p.m. snack : 1 piece watermelon
20 min before dinner: 1 glass cranberry water

Dinner ( 6p.m. or 7p.m.) : half palm size fish and a handfull salad with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed
                                        oil

Midevening: Long Life Cocktail

So, how does it sound so far????
To me it's ok at the moment, but keep in mind it's DAY 1!!! and in the 1st week you can't drink water and my beloved Bread is a huge NO NO!!!!

What can I say I'm from East Europe we ador bread and it's a huge part of our every day eating and my addiction. We even welcome guests with salt and bread! Now imagine what a torture that is for me no salt, no water, NO BREAD......

Let me show you what we understand under fab BREAD that is a huge NO NO for me at the moment!

That's sweet bread. We eat it like a snack.

Don't you just want to eat it all? I sure do...



And yes we even use bread as a plate for the soup. The taste is divine believe me...

Now you know what I mean...

I tell you tomorrow how I survived the 1st day!

PS: I never did a diet in my life and it's my first detox! oh boy!!!....
