What I do with Roses....

Since I have a lot of roses around me I make use of the rose petals... Very colour have a different smell and puts you in a different mood.
I started to make rose jam, rose balm, rose juice, and even I started to make rose vino ( experiment still working...), bath with roses, of course rose water and rose vinegar.

My simple way to make rose water!

Step one: Pick your rose petals and place them in a bowl. You can make different colour rose water. So if you want it pink, use pink roses, you want it red - red roses etc.... I love to mix it up.

Step two: Boil some water and pour it over the rose petals. Make sure all petals are fully covered.

Step three: Let it cool down and all you have to do now is drain the roses and pour the rose water in a bottle. I keep it  refrigerated.
E Voilà- Rose Water, perfect for cooking, baking or your daily face wash!

Try it!
